Reservations & Delivery
Yes. All rentals are by reservation only. Reservations can be made through our website or by calling us
directly. This allows us to prepare your e-bike, schedule your delivery, and ensure everything is ready before
your ride begins
Yes. Delivery and pickup are included with every reservation within our St. Simons Island service area. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll coordinate a convenient delivery location and time. At the end of your rental, we'll return to pick up the e-bike, making your experience as convenient and hassle-free as possible.
Yes. We welcome families, friends, corporate outings, wedding parties, birthday celebrations, and other small groups. Contact us in advance so we can coordinate bike availability and delivery for your group.
Reserving your e-bike is easy. Simply book online through our website or give us a call to schedule your rental. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll coordinate a convenient delivery location and time and
have your e-bike ready for your adventure.
Possibly. Rental extensions are based on bike availability. If you'd like to keep your bike longer, contact us before your scheduled return time, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Most riders can comfortably explore St. Simons Island on a single battery charge. Actual riding range
depends on rider weight, terrain, wind conditions, riding style, and the level of pedal assist used.
Absolutely. You're welcome to wear your own helmet as long as it meets current safety standards and fits
properly.
Most rental appointments take approximately 10–15 minutes. During this time, we'll verify your ID, complete the required paperwork, fit your helmet, and provide your safety orientation before you begin your ride.
Absolutely. Our e-bikes are comfortable, stable, and designed for riders of all experience levels. Before
every rental, we provide a complete safety orientation so you'll know exactly how the bike operates and feel
confident before heading out to explore St. Simons Island.
Yes. Every rental includes a properly fitted helmet at no additional cost. For your safety, we strongly encourage every rider to wear their helmet throughout the entire ride.
We recommend bringing:
- Comfortable clothing
- Closed-toe shoes
- Sunglasses
- Sunscreen
- Water
- Your cell phone
- A valid government-issued photo ID
Riding Rules
Our e-bikes are designed for riding on public roads, bike lanes, paved paths, and approved shared-use trails throughout St. Simons Island. If you're looking for recommendations, we're happy to suggest some of our favorite local routes.
No. Our rental bikes must remain on St. Simons Island for the duration of your rental. Riding across the F.J. Torras Causeway or transporting the bike off the island is not permitted.
No. Riding our e-bikes on the beach is prohibited. Sand and saltwater can damage the bikes and create unsafe riding conditions
No. Each bike is designed for one rider only. Carrying passengers is not permitted.
Safety
All riders must be at least 18 years old and present a valid government-issued photo ID.
Every rental includes a bike lock. During your safety orientation, we'll show you how to properly secure the bike. Always lock your e-bike whenever it is left unattended, even for a few minutes.
Your safety is our top priority. If you encounter rain during your ride, we recommend finding shelter if it is
safe to do so while waiting to see if the weather improves. If the rain continues or conditions become unsafe, contact us immediately. We'll work with you to determine the best course of action, including arranging pickup of the e-bike if necessary
Yes. Every renter must present a valid government-issued photo ID before the rental begins.
If you experience a mechanical issue during your rental, stop riding if it is unsafe to continue and contact us immediately. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue and determine the safest solution so you can continue enjoying your ride whenever possible.
Policies
Normal wear from responsible use is expected. However, renters are responsible for damage, theft, or loss resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow the Rental Agreement. If the bike is damaged,
involved in an accident, or stolen, please contact us immediately.
Yes. Every rider must sign our Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver before taking possession of an e-bike.
