Hi, I’m Barry White – founder of E-bike Horizon, a small business born from a big love of bikes, freedom, and family.

I grew up on a small island surrounded by beaches, salt air, and a strong sense of community. As a kid, I spent most of my days riding and fixing bikes of all kinds. Bikes weren’t just a hobby – they were my passion and my escape. Whether it was tuning up a chain or cruising down sandy trails, I loved every minute of it.

As I got older, life brought new responsibilities. I became the full-time caretaker for my father – a proud Vietnam War veteran 🇺🇸 and my best friend. He struggled with severe COPD, which made getting around and enjoying the outdoors extremely difficult. I wanted to find a way for him to reclaim some of that freedom and joy we used to share.

That’s when I discovered e-bikes – and everything changed.

I realized that e-bikes weren’t just a new trend – they were a life-changing solution. They gave people, including my dad, a second chance at mobility, adventure, and independence. That moment sparked a new mission in me. I began researching, testing, and connecting with top brands. I knew I wanted to make a difference – not just sell bikes, but share a movement.

Sadly, my father passed away in September 2022. But his spirit and the bond we shared continue to inspire everything I do. Since then, I’ve built a life I’m incredibly grateful for. I met my beautiful wife, who was also raised on the same island I call home. We’re now a growing family, with an amazing 8-year-old stepdaughter and a baby on the way.

E-bike Horizon is more than just a business – it’s my way of helping others discover the joy, freedom, and possibilities that e-bikes can offer. Whether you’re looking for a better commute, a way to explore the outdoors, or just want to feel the wind in your hair again – I’m here to help.
